Tutorial registration includes:

Important Note
- Please note that each delegate (member/non-member) registration payment is entitled to 2 paper submissions
- Each student registration is entitled to 1 paper submission for the conference.
- Each additional presentation must be accompanied by a registration payment.
- All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors.
- Only paid/registered AND presented ORAL papers will be indexed.
- Only paid/registered, presented and SELECTED POSTER papers will be indexed.(Selection will be done onsite during the poster sessions)
- All student registration must submit a copy of your student pass to (65) 6356 7471. Please indicate your name and (NEC 2008) at the top of the student pass.
Payment Details
- Registration payment can be made via credit card (Visa or Master), or cheque/bank draft.
- Please note that the merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be “Integrated Meetings Specialist (Holdings) Pte Ltd” .
- All cheques / bank draft should be made payable to “INTEGRATED MEETINGS SPECIALIST (HOLDINGS) PTE LTD” and mail to the conference manager. Kindly indicate your name, contact number and name of the conference (NEC 2008) at the back of the cheque/bank draft.
- Only cheques drawn from a Singapore bank is acceptable.
- Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy
- NO refund for registration withdrawal. However, you may send a substitute.
