Topic 6. Nano-devices/Nano-systems and Reliability

Session Chair:

The R&D of Nano-devices/Nano-systems is presently considered as one of the most critical events for the economy and society development because it is believed to lead to major breakthroughs in information technology, medicine, health, manufacturing, transportation, power system, and avionics, to name a few. To accommodate the development of Nano-devices/Nano-systems, this session provides the platform for researchers to present and share the state of the art results for the basic and applied researches in analysis, design, optimization, and fabrication. Accompanying with the special functions realized by the Nano-devices/Nano-systems, their reliability and durability have become one of the key concerns with the downscale of the devices and systems.
